Culture
A strong culture is characterized by a web of elements. The more these elements connect to each other, the stronger the culture. Think of logo, color, font, but especially the values that we find important as a company.
Euro Caps has also captured some strong elements and these give direction to everything we do. Together we work hard every day to make customers happy. It is important that everyone understands why we do things the way we do them. That everyone embraces our culture. We consistently promote our values. Our cultural values describe who we are and what we stand for. What connects us and how do we interact.
Enterprising
Can not does not exist. Being responsible, independent and aware. We think that's important. Every colleague stands for his own actions, starts something new on his own initiative. We also always think in terms of opportunities and solutions.
Partnership
Together we stand stronger. We coffee champions like to work together and are known for our reliability. We are committed and very customer-oriented. We are there because we want to be there. Just like you.
Quirky
A little different. Every colleague has good ideas and is convinced of his or her abilities. We know what we are good (and less good) at and we like to receive feedback. In this way a new goal is always achieved. Every time again.
Now
Just keep packing. Go through and see possibilities, keep agreements and do what you say. This is self-evident for our colleagues. We like to look to the future, learn from the past and live in the present.

Summer party
Our annual summer party is also one of the highlights of the year. While enjoying delicious food & drinks, we party with all colleagues until the late hours at a beautiful location in Rotterdam or the surrounding area. Will you be there next year?
Family party
Every year we organize our family day. Time to show your family your workplace with a tour of our production hall and to experience a wonderful summer day in a festival setting. In our backyard, the ideal setting for a festival, everything is beautifully decorated and there is a different theme every year.
For all sporty colleagues there is the possibility to join the one and only Euro Caps All Stars and we participate in the Sparta company competition. We participate in various tournaments with the company team. Euro Caps also participates in the Sparta company competition. We also play at Het Kasteel, the home stadium of Sparta (Dutch Premier League team) which is also sponsored by us. Do you like to play football every now and then (you don't have to be a pro)?
