We have a wide range of blends and single origins available for this type of capsule. You can choose from different capsule variants (plastic, aluminum or compostable). Our team of coffee specialists is ready to discuss the options with you during a cupping session.

Nespresso® Professional compatible

The newest addition to our single serve family. The top 5 blends have been developed for this type of capsule, such as Ristretto, Espresso Forte, Lungo Forte, Lungo and Espresso Decaf. Do you have a specific wish? Our team of coffee specialists is happy to think along with you.

Our production proces

How does it work?

In 2012 the market opened for private label coffee capsules for the Nespresso® system. This year Euro Caps was founded: an energetic team started building a great organisation. In our first factory in Rotterdam we produce around around 3 million Nespresso® compatibele capsules every day. There is always room for growth with a current production capacity of around 1.5 billion capsules per year.

In our second factory we make Dolce Gusto® compatibele capsules since 2016. The current annual capacity there is 1 billion capsules per year. In the 4th quarter of 2021 we open our third "factory" an expansion of 5.000 sqm of warehouse and production floor.

Preparation

Before we get started, we make sure we map everything out properly. What needs do your end consumers have? Which flavor works well in which region and how do people prepare their coffee? We work with all available market data and determine together with you which products have the greatest chance of success.

Coffee & capsules

Our team of coffee experts has more than 100 years of experience. They work with you to create the most beautiful flavors. The R&D team also works on constant innovation and ensures the specifications with which our capsules always work perfectly in every machine.

Quality is top priority

Every day our specialists inspect incoming coffee. More than 10,000 cups of coffee per year. At the production lines, each operator takes samples at regular intervals that are tested for various quality aspects. Whether it concerns grinding beans, filling capsules or packaging in boxes. Every product that rolls off the line is 100% perfect.
